An Important Message From Couture
Sheryle and her team would like to send a personal message to our valued clients and guests of Couture and trust under current circumstances, you and your families are keeping safe and well.
Given the concerns and confusion shared by the community in regards to Hairdressing Salons, Couture wishes to advise we are currently open and will remain open unless otherwise directed.
Couture is always striving for a safe working environment and wishes to confirm we are following all guidelines and protocols to ensure we are maintaining the utmost safety of our clients and Guests.
Unlike some smaller salons, Here at Couture, our Salon enjoys space that will easily accommodate the “Social Distancing” rule, which at this time this is paramount to Couture.
Further more we have set up a dedicated hand washing/sanitising station.
We kindly request all clients wash their hands on arrival and at any time during their visit and on leaving the salon.
Things to consider for your visit:
We are encouraging clients to bring their own reading material or iPads. This will avoid handling surfaces unnecessarily
Feel free to bring in your own Take away coffees or drinks and drink bottles- However all crockery is sterilised at a high temperature in the dishwasher. We are still happy to serve refreshments.
Appointment scheduling
We are currently taking clients on a One-on-one basis and spacing appointments accordingly. Sheryle has made the conscious decision to work in the salon alone to minimise potential risk.
At the time of booking you may be asked the following questions regardless of whether you are an existing client or new client.
At this time, there may be occasions where appointments may be refused (in relation to the following questions)
– have you travelled recently (internationally/interstate) ?
– have you been in contact with anyone who has travelled recently?
– are you currently experiencing any pre-exisiting or recent health concerns?
– have you been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
we further ask at the time of requesting a booking, that you disclose any information (relevant or irrelevant) that may be considered a health risk, and you may be requested to sign a disclosure on arrival.
